My goals today is, walking!
Yesterday I ran, not a fast walk or a gentle jog.
A sprint, a flat out, as if my life depended on it sprint.
About a mile through the car park, through the NEC, round the halls, twice. Yeah I had the map upside down!
I've not run in almost 2yrs, on medical advice, my lower spine couldn't handle the impact.
Well today my lower spine is fine.
But my ankles, and shins?
I may have to use my sons walking frame when we go out later | |||

"I'm having surgery on my eye later today. My goal for today is to come out of that with an eye that actually works! Hope the surgery goes well and you end up with an eye that works!..." Thanks! It all went a bit pear shaped and I ended up being in surgery twice as long as I should have been but fingers crossed tomorrow I'll he able to see! | |||
