Just seen they have made a film about Judy Garland’s life story.

If you had chance to make a biography film about a famous person/event. Who/what would it be and why?

It would be about me, played by Nicolas Cage, it would be about my upbringing in a pit village and life with my mother, father, brother, my pet hunting dogs and my ex girlfriends. All played by Nicolas Cage.

It would also feature the time I met Nicolas Cage, but he'll be played my Daniel Radcliffe

Someone beat me to it x would have had to be Freddie Mercury, just so intrigued by him forever, so Bohemian Rhapsody was like a dream come true..

Second maybe Robin Williams x what a truly lovely man x

My own. I know it sounds arrogant, but I don't mean to be. I feel my own life has been more interesting than half the films I've seen. I just don't know how to put it into words without sounding like an asshole. Need someone else to write about me instead Ad the Narcissist award goes to ..

That's pretty much what I said, but hate Nicolas Cage so need a vote in casting

Hedy Lamarr. She was an actress and inventor, intelligent and beautiful, she went totally against the grain of a typical Hollywood lead actress. And her inventions were essentially precursors to Bluetooth and Wifi, and she invented these during World War 2 - when women weren’t seen as scientists or inventors - not to mention she fled the Nazis. A truly remarkable woman. Gal Gadot would do her beauty justice.

I'd make one about Mad Jack Churchill, I've no idea how people like him got by in civilian life but in WW2 he was the kind of man the country needed and he thrived on it. There is a photo of him storming up the beach on D.Day with a claymore sword in his hand and he's credited for killing nazi soldiers with a longbow. Absolute lunatic but his story is well worth a film or documentary.

Bohemian Rhapsody, whilst a great film, was very inaccurate in parts.

So many biopics alter the original story to make for a better watch.

If you haven't seen it, watch Mommie Dearest

Starring Faye Dunaway in the lead role, it's a story about Joan Crawfords home life

It's highly camped up, but she was a right cowbag

I've not seen it but I'm guessing none of Freddies more debauched moments were included?

They’ve already made this I think.

Jaques Cousteau. What a pioneer in the world with nothing but peaceful intentions and pushing boundaries. His legacy lives on.

There and to the left a bit

There's one out at the moment I want to see, The Keeper, about Bert Trautmann who was a German POW who stayed in Britain after the war, ended up playing in goal for Manchester City and famously carried on playing in the Cup Final despite breaking his neck, I've read his autobiography and it's an incredibly interesting read.

Will have to think on ones that haven't been made...

Fred Dibnah a Victorian man living in the wrong era!

Really? I’ll have to check that out. It’s definitely something that should be a film and it’s one I’d love to see
