Very sensitive nippels /problems

I'm not sure if anyone has the same problem, but my nippels every evening are so sensitive, you can say that not a problem but even I can't touch them, they're so painful. Usually after two hours everything going back to normal.

Are you exercising in the evening? Could be friction issue with movement such as running or an allergy to fabric you wear.

Do they change color? Could be a circulation problem.

I would see a gp about it OP.

Mine are not sensitive, but I have what I call bitch tits lol and it really affected me when I was younger.

The medical term for what i have is gynecomastia.
