Ok, for a few reasons I'm considering taking apple cider vinegar and was just wondering who else on here takes it and does it help you in the way you hoped it would ?

I use it to catch flies! Have drank it before too, but can't say I ever noticed any major benefits.

I drank it as shots every morning for a few weeks. I did feel generally better but I just couldn't keep doing it. It's such a strong taste. I might go back to it with some mixing options

My only experience with anything cider had me waking up bollock naked cuddling the toilet...horrid stuff no matter what format
