god no... the only thing keeping me going is that 5-0 humping klopp is going to give them, and THAT would be the most spursy thing that could happen.....

in fact, this is the only thing that could happen that would bring harmony to arsenal, chelsea and west ham fans.....

Holy fuck! Lord almighty if I was a betting man I would be a millionaire...

Stone the flamin crows!!

Lucas Mooooooooooooooura !!! x3

I been saying it all along Spurs in the final of CL. Many had written them off including their own fans with all the doubts creeping in... but the time is now!! Never stop believing... right to the final whistle. Omg !!

Another English miracle !! What a night... this is absolutely mental. I am going to have to go to London and spend some time with Spurs club for old times sake

We have so much to cover including the posts from previous thread... "Spursy" as OP mentioned again... Poch... team, but for now...

Woooooooohooooooooo !!

Whoop! Whoop!

Incredible

Guess what...

Kane went in at half time like the leader he is and gave them a "pep" talk... he said:

2nd half... you have nothing to lose and give it your best shot...

Next thing...

Gooooooooooaaaaaaaaal

And

Gooooooooooaaaaaaaaal

And

Gooooooooooaaaaaaaaal

Btw wait till I come back in here!!

The final:

Liverpool V Tottenham

No you're not dreaming...

Liverpool V Tottenham

Brb !!

"So...

"

This sets up the first all English Champions League final since we Manchester United defeated Chelsea on penalties in 2008!!

We know the feeling

Liverpool being dominate in Europe know the feeling and Klopp has unfinished business from last year...

But this is Tottenham now!!

Take it all in Spurs fans. Look at the emotions from Poch... the tears... what it means... football is a family!! Wow just wow!!

Just as you have posted and as the OP said going through the hard route... that is why it is such a huge achievement... teams go through CL campaigns... but...

Spurs are on an adventure !! They are taking their fans that have been waiting for years all the way to the final !!

You have got to be proud. Love it and milk it

So...

Erm...

You know how I released the all new well deserved #SensationalSpurs tag...

Well scrap that because that is old news...

Tottenham Hotspur FC are now:

True story......

"IF" the Spuds win the CL are they automatically in it next season?

As they'd qualify through being top 4 in the PL, would their PL place go to whoever finishes 5th?

"Shame Arsenal & Chelsea fans will have to travel 2,500 miles to see the game live though

It seems a bit weird to be holding the final in such a remote and difficult place to travel to though...

Probably cheaper to get flights to than Madrid on 1st June though!! £1500 return and 3* hotels charging £3000 a night!!"

Note to self; next year, book several hotel rooms and buy tickets to the final, then sell them on the week before and live off the profits.

Arsenal were enjoying it tonight and in the final, but Chelsea just about scraped it through... what a great end to the weeks entertainment with penalties

An all English double final is great and what many wanted... well actually the country is divided! Here is the real history made now:

This is the first time ever four teams from the same nation reach two European finals in same season.

#Domination

Get behind it folks... some still can't though and the extreme "tribal element" is still active'ish.

Quick note on Arsenal:

Congrats on another hat-trick treat! They have the real incentive of winning with CL as the prize... Emery has experience and knows how to win this trophy. Chelsea are extremely poor with many problems, but with Hazard/Loftus-Cheek and a few others not easy to rule them out. Plus Arsenal can flop on their own... with all that in mind my prediction is...

Arsenal to win!

Back to the main story Spurs next...

Arsenal's Henrikh Mkhitaryan wont be able to play in the EL final in Baku, Azerbaijan as he comes from Armenia and they dont qualify for visas due to the hostilities between the 2 countries!

The backlog from previous/current thread before I get to the good stuff tomorrow

Poch:

Double/triple verified. I always do that with any major news on and off Fab. From my time working at the club and keeping in touch with friends/contacts... he was not joking or mind games and has repeated. There are several things going on behind the scenes. Not the time to go into it right now, but he could depart win or lose... let's hope not because the "stability" at Spurs will be gone with him...

One man team:

For those that were thinking without Kane they are nothing... totally the opposite because they perform better! Tottenham is much more then that right now. We knew that from the starter threads discussions. As for Son... not the decider on this occasion because Lucas takes the Superhero title and the match ball, but without him it would have been a different story. Son is the type of player where his presence alone makes a major impact...

"Spursy" tag:

This is self inflicted due to poor decisions and lack of ambition over the years... not believing... settling for top 4 etc so many Spurs fans still don't mind if team does not win anything... Poch wants major trophies... he has the mindset of winning... Spurs don't win anything for reasons mentioned and many other things...

The World is watching now. Spurs have felt what they never knew existed or could be possible... more fans are converting to actually believing in their team... as someone that knows the club well I have repeatedly said the time is now! This could be a once in a lifetime opportunity because may never happen again. Poch agrees.

Expect the unexpected...

The real magic happens when you keep on believing even when all others have written you off... L'pool do that well over and over again in Europe! Cheeky fuckers

If you dare to dream... dream big! Miracles happen all around us...

Will expand on the "once in a lifetime opportunity" another time. The weekend is fast approaching! Will there be one final twist!? Or are the City fans going to come back with something to cheer about!? Super Sunday !!

"Liverpool are the BEST"

I beg to differ.

Winners of the PL = The best in the PL. Who are the current PL champions?

Winners of the CL = the best in Europe, (but not the best in the world). Who are the current CL champions?

Yeah it was only a matter of time till we see "politics" in here! We pretty much cover everything else in these threads, but this is such a shame. As sports fans we want to see the best competing for the titles. Like with everything else football is not immune to politics!

They are looking into Visa requirements/status and good news is UEFA will assist. There is a route for him to make it and play... so let's see how this goes.

The final countdown is on for an epic title race! Will there be one more twist/miracle... can the fans take anymore!?

The roles are reversed here because ideally L'pool needed the Premier League and City the CL... but all L'pool can do is beat a tough Wolves team hungry to break into top 6 next season... and hope City slip up...

I can't see City dropping points, but if that happened... oooooft will be unbearable for those fans. If L'pool don't win it looking at 30 years!! That is shocking because they are the best team to never win it... all the way to Steven Gerrard days because this is all he/they wanted... the ultimate domestic prize...

So much is at stake tomorrow and to play for... while it is fun with amazing entertainment value for the rest of us with no opportunity of a trophy win... it is going to be a real emotional rollercoaster for the ones that come close. Man Utd only team in top 6 to not be in a chance for trophy this season...

Not only that we used to be known for super subs. These days Spurs/City/L'pool all have them!

"UEFA are a bunch of robbing cunts, £513 for a ticket is an absolute joke

"

It's exploiting to the max!! Taking advantage of fans and the demand. Maximum profit and all that. The flights/hotels... all commercial and in cahoots! Mental

Not fair/ideal, but until there isn't a crack down/regulation on price hikes this is how it's always been. They know fans will do whatever they can to be there so bumping up to over 800% in some cases! Shocking

Madrid is local, but Baku though... wtf why there!? Like Klopp said what were they thinking/thought process to choose a location that far for a European final. Not only that... giving Arsenal/Chelsea total 12,000 seats...

That is madness! Stadium will be empty because it is huge! Improvements need to be made on how these finals are handled in future.

It's been an amazing title race this year, I seem to remember reading that the lead has changed hands more times than any other. Whoever comes second will do so with a higher points total than the vast majority of title winners, it's crazy!

They're not the greatest PL team yet, they do seem to have the foundations in place to be hugely successful into the future though.

Liverpool had their time, same with utd. Arsenal and Chelsea, footy has always been cyclical.

It's city's turn......

Not even close to be the greatest yet. I agree the foundations are in place and footy is definitely cyclical... well it used to be much more. Now trophies are being shared among different teams. For City to have the status and be ranked the "greatest" as teams before them did they have to dominate...

I reckon this will be decided in the next 3 seasons. My guess is City will win only 1 of the next 3. This is due to other teams "waking up" Tottenham as a club will have a major decision to make soon... depending on how that goes they could win 1. Chelsea/Arsenal are out of it for now. L'pool have been knocking on the door for so long it's only a matter of time... I think they will finally get 1.

On top of that:

Poch/Klopp/Pep... these are World class managers that need major trophies. Keeping the focus on City for now in relation to the question... Pep has tried for CL... it ain't working. He has full power/control at City so he is happy for now, but as soon as a blip happens again... there will be "disruption" to the flow.

Managers these days don't tend to stick around long term if the trophies are not coming in. City can't grow globally without the CL.

Guess what though...

None of those are the possible/major stumbling blocks compared to the following issue:

Raheem Sterling... United fan that is why he can't/doesn't score when playing us

Onto Man Utd:

I am going to try to keep this as realistic as possible... we were the greatest. Still the biggest most recognised club in the World. You can go to parts of the planet where they don't have TV's to watch football, but you will see fans/supporters wearing our logo... our global reach is still strong.

Having said that the past is the past as they say... so depending on blips or possible manager changes with other teams we could win 1. (Don't laugh hear me out folks ) Change is coming at United... we have gone through a few managers... things have been tested and didn't work/match... now we have one of our own... Ole!

Roy Keane said it best... top doesn't mean in the top 6, 4 or 2nd... top only means one thing... number 1. Ole has the same mindset and knowing how United work the time has started for the comeback. It ain't gonna be simple/easy, but we never forget:

Theatre of Dreams

History will be made and rewritten.

Conclusion to the epic title race:

Countdown is almost over!

Seen as the way things have gone and "normality" with predictions were put on hold due to the volume of miracles in a week... literally one after the other...

Could the following happen...

City lose 4-0

L'pool draw 4-4

If that did happen it will be a first ever title play off! Because all the stats between them will be equal! Could it... nah... bit much that... surely!? If it did I would say L'pool would take the title

Still saying City to lift the trophy by beating Brighton. It's job done for Pep on this one.

Couldn't agree more about United's global branding, they've got the right man to do that.

Personally I think he needs a counterpart to handle the football side, those decisions don't seem to be his forte.

As for Chelsea, I fear for the next two seasons.

Two season transfer ban while our closest competitors strengthen their squads.

A manager who seems inflexible in his tactics and team selection.

A couple of our better players coming to the end of their careers.

Seemingly little faith in our highly talented youth. Apparently we have 50+ players out on loan.

And worst of all, by the looks of it, our most prized asset about to sold for what looks like peanuts compared to players of his talent.

Troubling times ahead....

I really don't get Sarri... his decision making is questionable at times

Some of those out on loan will be coming back especially with the bans still in place. Yikes!

Not only that the new stadium has been in the pipeline for a while. Costs/budget issues/concerns so that is still up in the air!

Hazard unfortunately for Chelsea has to go now otherwise he could miss his opportunity. A talent like that needs to push limits and test his ability against other top rivals...

Despite all of the problems:

Could still finish 3rd today and 4th ain't a bad result considering the circumstances. Plus in the final for Europa so you never know... CL is guaranteed for next season.

Every team has something to play for though... it could just be pride! We got our own problems today... #NeilWarnock

He is such a great character and has been amazing manager for many different teams over the years. I enjoy watching the way he fights for his team, but now he wants to come to "Theatre of Dreams" and go out in style!!

I almost forgot...

@LJ - West Ham could finish in top 10 if they beat a tough Watford side. That would be a great result! Do you agree on that?

Alright, footy fans enjoy your day. No matter who you support, wherever you are keep smiling and remember... before you know it next season is here and it's all kicking off again.

Well well well...

Will need to do a proper catch up in here later!

An incredible end to the season with City finally winning it in style on the final day. I was watching both games at the same time on "split screen" because had invited a few mates (City/L'pool) fans... I know right!! Had to be done!

The emotional rollercoaster! For 1 minute... L'pool fans were thinking could it... will it... and then City charged forward! The best team won because the table is spot on. Unfortunately for L'pool they remain the "best" team to never win it... coming upto 30 years...

It's going to be 30 long hard years!!

It's been an intriguing season.

Nip and tuck between two superb teams for first place.

Nip and tuck between 4 teams for 3rd and 4th.

Nip and tuck between 4 teams for who stays up.

Great entertainment.

How the Hell Chelsea managed 3rd after their inconsistent season is astounding.

Spurs nearly choking for 4th and totally unravelling yet again. I had my fingers crossed.

Haha whoops yeah was a close one for Spurs!

Will come back with my opinions/views on the teams now that the table has been finalised.

Chelsea/Sarri is interesting... how he managed what he did with his decision making... maybe he can see things they way others can't... in other words there is a method to the madness

You have to give him credit for what he has achieved. Post league analysis coming up later. So much to go through. L'pool/Klopp, Chelsea/Sarri, Spurs/Poch, United/Ole and a few others...

You have to give him credit for what he has achieved. Post league analysis coming up later. So much to go through. L'pool/Klopp, Chelsea/Sarri, Spurs/Poch, United/Ole and a few others... "

Definitely not knocking his achievements this season.

3rd place and a Europa league final is your first season is a superb achievement.

I'm just not sure how the heck he managed it. Sometimes I'm not sure he does either......

"Well well well...

Ha ha that is true!

Based on the stats/facts and achievements this season I am amongst those that believes he should stay and let's see how he tackles the upcoming problems for the next few years...

Hazard transfer is ongoing because of the finances. As always top quality players will attract this type of frenzy!

I wanted to do a proper catch up, but with this heatwave it's been difficult to fit footy in and time flies

Will have to spread the posts in time for FA Cup on Saturday!

Manchester United:

It's been a disappointing end to the season. All I can say is Neil Warnock came to our home and conquered! Good luck to him for the future and at Cardiff. They are already making plans on how they can get back in the Premier League next season. As for us...

Ole:

Right now many rivals are loving it because the future is looking tough... but they don't know us as much as they think they do... despite so many problems/hurdles I still don't have any doubts Ole will turn things around. I have met him and many others a few times over the years and I know once the dust has settled... we will be right where we belong. Back at the top...

#1

Potential breaking news:

We all know about Chelsea ban, but now City are under investigation... they kept it under wraps for a while, but due to *leaks* it's all come out in the open. Nothing is clear yet... I am interested in this because if they take City out of CL next season and Arsenal win Europa we could get that spot!! So still potentially 5 English teams in CL...

Whaaaaaaaaat the... flip!!

Don't be messing with my feelings and getting my hopes up. That will probably not happen though because they could easily give it to another team in a different league/country. They just make up the rules as they go along

And besides City may not get any ban or it might be applied for the season after... crazy times ahead and it's all up in the air at the moment.

West Ham:

Top 10 hey *ahem* that was a result

90mins equals 2 million!! That's right 2 extra mill for finishing 10th instead of 11th. Only missed out on 9th to Leicester because they had higher goal difference. West Ham won their last 3 games to finish season on a high. A few other teams changed table positions up/down towards end of season... huge amounts of money just for kicking a ball. The World has gone mad

West Ham along with other teams from mid table will be looking to move up the ranks in future seasons... could this be the beginning of the end for the top 6...

Who knows!? Because the rule book has been thrown out. Imagine future generations seeing different teams representing us in the CL/Europa... blimey!

Someone said the other day United should sack Ole, then take him on as a caretaker. Lol.

He bleeds United, so definitely the type of passionate manager they need, one who understands the club inside and out.

I'm just not sure he has the experience. Fingers crossed for him.

As for Sarri, next season could be a real test for him.

Hazard on the way out and no chance of any new players coming in.

Despite Higuin I still think we're light up from and have been for a few seasons. We need another Hasselbaink, Drogba or Costa to terrorise defences.

At least we have Pulisic in the squad now, a talent but untested in the PL.

Maybe now our younger players will get regular game time. Unless Sarri believes what that idiot Hansen said; "you'll never win anything with kids".

Assuming of course we can keep them anyway.

Hudson Odoi wanted by Bayern.

Loftus Cheek demanding more game time.

Two incredible talents who are unsettled and would be snapped up by another club in a heartbeat.

I don't know how City managed to keep their CL situation under wraps for so long. I says a lot for the way the club's run that they did for so long....

Its a funny old game Saint.

Great points there! I remember the days of Hasselbaink, Drogba and Costa. Those were the days. We have seen some of the most talented players come and play in the Premier League.

The transfer market is red hot right now! Plenty of rumours/speculation... teams are at it for a busy summer. Cup fever is upon us starting tomorrow with the FA Cup so moving onto:

City/Pep - Seen as history is being made all over the place... this could be the first ever domestic treble. Unless Watford cause an upset!

Pep has all the power and control he needs to win trophies. Fans are on side because most of them are not really interested in the CL. The club and Pep want the CL though... this is going to be interesting for future reference. If Pep can't win it he will either walk away or club will replace. They have the money and have proved domestically a strong side.

Just to give an idea...

Man Utd's reach and global status has enabled our financial growth even more... despite all our current on pitch concerns and finishing 6th. Imagine what will happen when we start winning again... that is the kind of far reach/strength City as a club want. To be the "dominating" Manchester

In my view this is the importance of or priority level for each trophy:

1) CL

2) Premier League

3) FA Cup

That is the reason why Liverpool without even winning the league have such a significant global following... the CL! The day they figure out winning domestically... flipping heck that will be one of the biggest football stories because the media is chomping at the bit! 1 point... 1 point... !!

Will get back to L'pool/Klopp and Spurs/Poch after weekend. As for City they should easily win, but Watford are a decent side and looking to make their own history...

Have got to mention the Championship and the play-offs! Just as exciting as the top flight. Derby made history, but let's see if they can actually win it... they sure were celebrating like they already have Frank Lampard could be back!

You know what...

What happened to the times when history making and miracles were a rare or unheard of thing... it seems everyone has got the miracle bug and wants a crack at the big time! No doubt there will be some surprises coming up...

Season is not over yet!

It's almost kick off time!

City players will have to think about what they sing if they win because they got a tad too excited *ahem* already getting into hot waters and Pep had to apologise.

City should take care of business, but would be nice to see an upset! Come on Troy Deeney

It could be Vincent Kompany's final game so this is set to be the battle of the captains! Popcorn will be consumed for this FA Cup final because one way or another... history will be made.

Have a great weekend fellow footy fans

5 days since I last posted in here

"Arsenal's Henrikh Mkhitaryan wont be able to play in the EL final in Baku, Azerbaijan as he comes from Armenia and they dont qualify for visas due to the hostilities between the 2 countries!

There is a route for him to make it and play... so let's see how this goes."

Let's start with a follow up on this... he won't be playing! Politics hey

City... City... City...

Making history with a domestic treble!

Sucks

Had to feel for Watford because they tried, but coming up against a goal scoring machine was never going to be easy.

Final words for Kompany... great captain/leader. Lovely speech and "mic drop" moment...

However, saying "City is best team in the World without winning CL" er nah... that is why he is not equal to Roy Keane

He should have stayed one more year and helped them because it's only going to get more difficult going forward...

Here we go! Updates been coming in thick and fast. Way too many to go through so will only go through the relevant ones.

We have covered Man Utd's 1999 treble... what a year. Still the best time, but obviously i'm biased as a fan/supporter and more! Those were the good Ole days... hmpf

City were on for the quadruple, but Spurs downgraded that to domestic treble instead... I know I know how dare they! *ahem*

Man Utd... have won triple Premier League trophies consecutively... twice! Yep 1999, 2000 and 01. Then 2007, 2008 and 09 that is what City are up against to be named the "greatest" can go on and on, but looking forward to the rivalries in future seasons. City have an opportunity next season to make it triple victories....

Scottish news!!

Celtic!!

Domestic Treble Treble!! That is insane. 9 consecutive victories. Blimey, Scotland loves to break records and make their own history. Wow those fans are loving it.

Now we know World class managers love the biggest prizes and he knows CL is the top one! Seen as he is in a much happier place with his staff/coaching team he is looking for a new challenge... eek!

Flippin heck if he ain't going to manage in the Premier League then where ever he goes he will come back stronger and clean up on trophies... L'pool will be fine because them cheeky so and so... enjoy the international stage with CL.

Spurs...

Whoops... damn! Liverpool may have crippled the Spanish giants. Anfield does have that special vibe!

Going forward...

Those big teams Barca, Real Madrid, Juventus etc are all going to be preparing for having another crack at the big time so once again...

We all know big decisions can cause an upset/painful memory if wrong. Vital in any game, but especially finals when so much is at stake.

Have given shout outs to teams across the board from all different leagues so this is another one. With a connection to a referee so it shows, yes they are also human like us

I will add passion is powerful. I do enjoy seeing happy moments:

Jack Grealish he could have been a Tottenham player... the links/talks are still ongoing. He should be representing us in the World Cup for future if all goes well. Villa are a big club and suitable/belong in the Premier League.

My prediction is still on Arsenal to win and get into CL next year. This should be a great encounter between local clubs, but far far away in distant land...

That is such a great point! Absolutely right with Premier League is stronger with having representatives from different cities. Certainly mixes things up and love to see challenge/contenders. Aston Villa is in the top 10 table for all time played/points record.

I think that Chelsea will win tonight, even with Sari playing strange formations and making it harder for his team, I think that Hazard in his (most likely) final outing for the club, will be the difference. Arsenal are too fragile away from home and I think the big occasion will be too much, like Watford at Wembley.

Yeah, was a good header!

5 goals in 2nd half. Sarri has got his 1st trophy, but Arsenal were not there in 2nd half...

Hazard is quality, but will be a loss as he confirmed it's "goodbye". Was rooting for the Gunners to blaze into CL... they just didn't have the hunger/desire. Missed 2 easy opportunities. Why the heck was Ozil walking off slowly!? Disappointing performance.

Congrats to Chelsea and well deserved. Is Sarri safe/staying? How he managed to do what he did we will never know... as Stingly said even he doesn't know sometimes

It will be a real shame not to see Eden Hazard in the PL any more....What a wonderful player he has been...

Baku...

Looks like an absolutely amazing stadium. However no atmosphere! Lack of support for the teams in a final. Hope this is looked at again for future finals because there was no "buzz" factor like a final should have.

Got to feel for the Arsenal fans... paid so much money, huge defeat and have a long journey home! It's all upto Tottenham now...

No pressure hey!

"Both teams have unstoppable players when they are on form, hazard will either be really good or poor tonight "

He was bloody good! Could have got a hat-trick. Great way for him to sign out to go onto bigger/better things...

We will go and enjoy the occasion, play how we play and see what happens in those 90 minutes. Pressure to win, not for us from the fans or the press, let’s just to play our best.

Pressure definitely more on the Pool

You're right there, pressure is definitely more on Liverpool/Klopp. The main event is coming soon. Can't wait! There is divided opinion on Kane.... should he be in starting lineup or sub... that is an interesting debate.

Re Kane, for me he’s there, would I start him... no. He might be “fit” to play but not match fit. Start the team that got us there and have him come on second half, fresh legs and run at Pool.

But hey I’m not the boss... we have to believe in Poch and his decisions “he’s magic you know”

Just a quick one to spuds fans, how do you feel about the stats that say your better when Kane doesn't play. Correct or would he be in your side every time because he offers more than goals ?

Well said! If only there were more Tottenham fans like you Spurschick. My opinion on Kane is exactly the same as what you said

It's a shame the club didn't believe in him enough to back him over the years like Klopp/Pep have enjoyed. That is why what Poch has done is magic! I mentioned I will expand on this:

"Once in a lifetime opportunity"

I am not a Spurs fan, but know the club well due to my time working there. We all saw the emotions especially from Poch. He knows what he had to do with limited options. Not being able to bring in players. He absolutely loves Spurs!

However...

Just like any other World class manager he has made it clear having an amazing stadium means nothing without trophies. He has the winning mindset, the club didn't over the years... so who will win the negotiations/planning after the final... club or Poch... only time will tell.

The club has to back him. Take advantage of this momentum plus with other clubs failing going/getting weaker (Arsenal, Chelsea and my team Man Utd ) now is the time to take the next step... if Poch wants this, that and other other thing let him have it! I personally want to see what he can really do. Give him more power and freedom to express himself so we can all enjoy the results... well not all football fans due to rivalry... *ahem*

Regardless of what happens Saturday - Poch should be given the keys to the kingdom, yes that has to be balanced with financial security, we've all seen what *can* happen when outlay exceeds income - but we have the resources available to take a step up without having to be as cautious or frugal as we may have been in the past.

Poch has a winning formula and won't go after players for the sake of getting a big name either- he'll assess their worth to the team as team players not as individuals.

Whatever happens Saturday this summer is going to be a big one for the club in which they set the agenda for the foreseeable future - get it wrong and I fear Poch will walk away no matter how much he loves the club, and we'll be back to square one to an extent, because if he goes I suspect a number of players will too - their affinity for him is plain to see, and yeah I know that football is a fickle game at times, but you'd have to go a long way to find another manager like Poch to fit.

I think stats are easily skewed to read how you want to be honest - it's arguable that without his goals we wouldn't be anywhere near the Top 4 season in/out as we have been since he emerged into the team.

Would I start him Saturday? I'm with SC on this and would probably have him on the bench to come on second half and change things up if needed - but have every faith in Poch making the right decision for the good of the team.

On a side note...

Fellow Man Utd fans:

I know it's been a disappointing season. We are not where we belong, which is at the top #1 but how things work out...

Tottenham, of all clubs

Could they do the double... stopped City and now Liverpool... it's going to be a fun weekend unless Klopp has other ideas... he really does not want to be known as the runner up king. This would have been much more straight forward for them if it was not Spurs in the final...

Oh and another thing on Spurs:

You know how they never win anything... well what a way to start filling the "trophy cabinet" by winning the biggest prize of all...

Champions League Trophy !!

This is exciting stuff you know.

Exactly G !!

Totally agree Poch will be more "sensible" with the financials. That is the key in terms of having a good manager/club "fit" he just fits! The fans love him, players respect him! What more could you want from a man that wants to fill the trophy cabinet. Give him the keys and the spare keys as backup. Do whatever it takes to keep him...
