Exactly. Took 5 months to get her out... not payed rent for a total of 10 month.... its been hard!, 5 year old house i lived for a year in it was pristine... shes had it 3.5 year, its wrecked, staffy has chewed the skirting boards. Every rooms painted purple eeeeuuurgh. Chill time now... its over! |

This really hacks me off. I rent privately. I've lived here 4 years. I love our home. I look after it. I pay my rent, I've even fixed things they should have. Every 6 months they come to do an inspection. I'm made to feel like I'm on trial to see if I'm still allowed to live here.
I understand the reason they do it but annoys me others get left alone and look what happens. |

Im too trusting i left it too the council agents to manage they did jack all didnt even visit. Only reason i let it out was because i couldn't sell it and paying two mortgages is very hard as ive found. Im going to get a decorator in and the old neighbours daughter wants to buy it. Just glad its all over, theres even dog crap under one of the beds.
