What's really bad is when you're in your chair, start yawning, miss half the program that you wanted to watch because you have nodded off for half an hour, then when you've come round, turn the tv off, shut down the p.c., go to bed and spend 2 hours tossing & turning without any sleep, then get back up again ![](/icons/s/eek.gif) |

That’s the blue light stimulation - shut off 20 or so mins before going up to bed. |

It's not a regular occurrence, as I said, I've already been snoozing in ma recliner, I think it's probably when I've got things on ma mind. |
