Does anyone else get fed up of the same Ghost flicks that come out every year that have the same plot involving evil spirits or demons while having every predictable jump scare happening every 5 mins?

I'm not sure about any recent ones that are good. The only ones I know that are good are from over 20 to 40 years ago. |

Ghost Story was good cause was a bit kinda old fashioned scary.
The end twist comes out the blue too. Saw it in cinema and thought it brill. Watched recently on netflix but wasnt as good as big screen or maybe cause id already seen it. |

The problem with these movies being more focused on scares and gore is that it makes the characters and the plot forgettable. |
