Only if you have nothing to lose by being recognised. This is a free to join site which is often in the press. Many people post face pictures with no consequences at all though. You must do what you feel most comfortable doing. |

Last Thursday I was called into the office at work! A customer had anonymously sent information to my works - clearly in the hope I’d get fired! The customer didn’t mention which specific website I was on - but gave them the general idea!
It was embarrassing - but work confirmed that - as long as I don’t mention the company I work for or post pics in work attire - which I’d obviously never do - then what I do/post outside company time is nothing to do with them!
As my children and Neice already know I swing - tbh there’s very little anyone can do to hurt me by ‘outing’ me now!
Not everyone is in the same position as me though - which is why it has to be an individual decision!  |

There are! In a way that person did me a favour though! Now I know I won’t get fired for it - and as I said my ‘key’ family know - there’s little any vindictive person can do to fuck with my life! That’s quite liberating! |

I remember when you had issues a few years ago. I think your family and kids were initially totally against you. How did you turn it around? Sounds like they support you now. |

I have to be careful work wise but every now and again I feel rebellious and show my face.. I've just hidden the pic again but I was quite dark and no one said they recognised me.. I think you have to do what is right for you OP. |

What do people get from this?
We have face pics in private,wouldn't be comfortable having them public ,but it's entirely your choice OP.
Some people are not v discreet as you can see from Peachys post.

I think showing a face pic on here is a very personal choice as it can, of course, have real world ramifications!
I’ve found that the longer I swing, the less ashamed/embarrassed I am about it! If I had a big, important job it would be different - my face would be off public view immediately as I wouldn’t want to risk losing that job - though if I knew the company policy wasn’t to fire swingers I’d be fine to leave it there!
I guess I’m comfortable with it because, if pulled up about it - I can (and have needed to with family etc) explain what my perception of swinging is and how it affects my life for the better- Ie general happiness, loads of friends on here and a great social life I wouldn’t otherwise have!
Having a very public face on here (with hotpics etc) means I get recognised/approached in clubs all over the country - which is great as I love meeting new people and I’ve made good friends by being ‘Peachy spotted!’ |

Our faces have been 'public' from not long after we joined. In all that time we've had two polite messages asking if it was us (it was) that they'd seen out and no one has ever approached us in person. It's your profile op so do whatever you feel is best for yourself. |

How safe is it to post a face picture anywhere?
People can steal face photos & post them anywhere they please.
It’s up to you to make the decision on whether you want to take the “risk” or not.
I have public face photos & have them as my profile picture sometimes too. I’m not ashamed to be here, and the most important people in my life wouldn’t be surprised to know I’m on a site like this, since I used to work in the webcam industry! I’m also self employed so no boss to run to, when someone wants to tell!
For some, they don’t have it as easy as me.
Some are cheating, some have jobs where it could jeopardise their position if it came to light, others have family who aren’t as open minded, some people simply don’t want their face on a swinging site.
And that’s fine! |
