Yes, I use lean mince and spice blends that don't rely on salt. Stream cooked to reduce the fat content, but retain a juicy element. |

Been a weird day eats wise for me
McDonalds Cheese & Egg muffin for brekkie
Fish pakoras about 2pm
2 scoops of Ferrero Rocher ice cream bout 5pm
Just had a bowl of Shreddies with banana and blueberries for tea

Long day so I'm thinking beans on toast with daddy's sauce in it to change the tomato sauce flavour a little bit, pepper on toasted granary bread with real butter
It's about all I can manage tonight but I'm happy with simple quick food. |
