No you are RIGHT. It's all a question of balance.

Timetable time for this ..... then fooking get off it.

No different to t.v. or C.O.D. or what ever.

Don't let it take over. x

This and social media can cause stress. I absolutely love it that I've deleted my Facebook profile, given up my mobile and thankfully, I seem to have managed to lock myself out of my email account.

Yes there’s a time to stay and definitely a time to leave, my screen time on my phone used to be over four hours and now I’ve deleted most things I’m probably twenty minutes a day, I feel better in myself and no urge to reinstall apps that clearly just waste my time

I take a break now and then. I get brain fatigue from the online chat, so I go dark and concentrate on the men I have in my life already.

Some people I know watch hours of television every day. I barely watch any.

I pop on and off here and play the occasional game on my phone, but I deleted 3 that were taking up a lot of space.

I don't get any more work done, as I don't use my phone to distract me from my work.

I pick my phone up when I need a rest.
