Do you actually like the innuendoes?

The cliches that are sprinkled about ?

I wonder if I’m just out of place on here as they really boil my piss.

I read them and can actually hear The Benny Hill theme tune in the back of my mind sometimes.....

True story

I like a bit of innuendo I think it helps to grease the wheels. As long as it in the best possible taste.

The right place

What’s the difference between an innuendo and a euphemism?

(Not a joke, actual question)

You know the difference ....

Euphemism is an unintentional slip up

Innuendo is cringeworthy and frankly 1980s

End of

Of course that’s my opinion and no doubt I’ll be outlawed now

Olive Oil from Popeye and Olive from On The Buses. Neither especially sexy.

There and to the left a bit

"Wasn't that a song by Marrillion?

Sorry Incommunicado, my bad"

But Queen on the other hand had a whole album of Innuendo

As for the OP - it doesn't bother me either way, I do think it depends what is said and who is saying it though - some people try and shoe horn it into conversations and when they do it comes across a little cringey at best.

When it comes out naturally and with someone you know well though I don't see anything wrong with it.
