For the past year I've been trying to do this thing whenever i take a pic of myself, where instead of picking out all the things I dislike about myself, I try to list 3 things I do like.
What are your best bits today? |

Bad i lost 2 stone last year if im gaining im not getting enough sex this year so toast diet time |

Always been told I have a nice arse, and nice legs.
I don't have the confidence in myself to say that I agree, or indeed have nice bits.
If someone else thinks I do then that's always a bonus.

I don’t like anything. But others don’t seem to have the same thought so I’ll take that! I must say though the longer I’m on here regardless off what I think is not great I have gained loads of confidence and now take the attitude of ‘well if you don’t like it, look elsewhere!’
