I'm going to pick up my brand spanking new scooter from Newbury. I'm soo excited and looking forward to some nice ride outs on it this summer.

Having a quick konmari clear out, of things that don't spark joy and just hide away in cupboards. Trip to the local tip, to joyfully fling it out there.

Hang and pipe up 15 radiators and a combi boiler. Install a bath , basin and w/c. If I have time gutter a block of 4 houses.
