Nothing to do with swinging, has anyone used or had an experience with Purple Bicks ?"
My friend used them. Cheap to use but people can make random offers through the app, set up fake viewings etc... They offered very little advice & the photos weren’t great. She got a local estate agent in & the property sold in a week |

Friend of mine used them. They apparently offer great up-front service, but the said as soon as they've taken your money for advertising the property their willingness to help you out and go that extra mile to sell your house as they've not really got much more to gain.

I've used them for selling. The booking system and negotiation service is brilliant. Far better than any traditional estate agent. What you don't really get is a sort of project manager like with a traditional agent. Once offer is accepted hen it goes to solicitors and purple bricks don't really do anything unless you ask them to. Overall I would recommend.
