Hi Ash, i hope you're well.
I probably won't be able to stay very long as i have an awful migraine. I can't seem to get rid of it. 
I've taken tablets and made sure I'm hydrated and fed. I've been unwell the past few days so i've slept loads.
I'm not sure what else I can do to try and get rid of it. Any ideas?
It might be that my vision impairment is getting worse and giving me this site head, on which case I'm a bit stuck.

No, i'm not sure what they would suggest. My health isn't the best as it is, so she would probably lecture me about not taking proper care of myself!
I think I'll have a shower and see if that helps clear my head. Maybe switching the lights off will help too.

Thank you. We're getting there. She goes in her own bed without any issue, it's getting her to stay there that's the problem.
But only second time I've had to get up tonight, it was 4 times the previous nights so hopefully she's starting to get that if she gets up she's still not getting into our bed x |
