Well work is bonkers as usual and am on another month of nights so if any nocturnal people around msg say hi lol

Well the week started with constant review Monday it’s been 10 months since operation near 11 next week wow how time flew.

So it was great he happy with healing of knee and stuff said hardest is now the next 6-12 months is the internal healing ie muscles and the waste bein improved etc

But best news is he discharged me yipeeeeee the screws are to stay unless cause problems but if remove now could slow down the healing, plus he reminded me my healing is slow cos the 2-3 month delay in recovery due to pe, cramp, tearing muscles and healing of bones.

But again I am discharged an happy need remember that.

And today been for an interview for advancement in a different role so fingers crossed as it’s something I wana do if happens but in time maybe will see what happens.

Anyways thanks for reading an support for past 11 months it’s been a journey and may recovery continue as planned

Thanks for the msgs means loads

Also forgot say dr also told me I’m not to run anymore so that sucks big time know when tried causes pain an aches for week. So he said normally people can run again but cos my setbacks and still weakness he would advise strongly that I don’t run or I end up back on operating table

So no have to find alternative stuff which is tough cos I loved running loads as fun, great way loose weight and I enjoyed races 10k’s an wanted to do marathons.
