Sometimes but only to a point. There can be tells,micro expressions and a demeanour that can be read, but you have to scratch a little more beneath the surface to truly get to know someone better  |

Not by looking, but a combination of staring and interacting gives a good idea. People can mask stuff but only for so long. It's far more expressive than words on a screen. |

I generally have an idea within a short space of time (whether that be on here, or real world) if I'm going to get on with someone - but it's more than just a visual thing - there has to be some level of interaction too  |
