Ooh, that's exciting 
I'm going for a few days in a shepherd's hut type thing on my own in June. Not everyone's cup of tea, but just perfect for me. It's also my first time on my own. |

Have you considered a cruise that cater for singles and couples? I met some really nice singles on a Caribbean cruise 2 years ago  |

When I was 17 on my first lads holiday a 47 year old nurse kept chatting to me and being very suggestive with me I was a bit nervous at first chatting with her but after 5 days and after a few drinks at the pirate night she kissed me in the park walking back to our hotel so I gave in to her and it was the best 6 hours oh my life we only stopped because she had to catch a flight back home much to my disappointment, I'm 49 now and still have very fond memories of her.

I've done a couple of solo trips. Iceland, Norway, Tenerife. I love travelling on my own. Im off back to Tenerife in a couple of weeks too.
You'll have a great, relaxed, wonderful time.

A city with a beach - or access to a beach
Palma or Barcelona or Valencia
Pick a hotel with a pool and get sea, sun, sand and shopping
And pretty cheap flights
What's not to love? |

Croatia. Esp Dubrovnik (depending on when you are planning on going, it can get absolutely rammed). In a similar vein, Florence is lovely. Or you could go Siena and see the Palio di Siena, there's an incredible lively, almost carnival like atmosphere and people are wonderfully welcoming during it. |

I travel alone a lot.
I’ve been to Gran Canaria a few times, so many swinging clubs and I met loads of very friendly couples. I enjoyed the social side as much as the swinging |

I have been to Jersey. Egypt. Turkey. Kenya. And camping in the UK on my own this year off camping to naturist campsite in Wales, then a flat in the lake district in June in August off to the Isle of man for the manx gp. Might get to do a couple of more trips. Solo's is good for the single person |

You can stay in Playa del Ingles (PDI) or the nearby Maspslomas which is a taxi ride to the clubs in PDI. There are some really useful forum posts in the Spain section listing the hotels fab people stay in and the night life etc. I found them invaluable.
The dunes are busy during the day too if you like naturist sun bathing.
It’s a great place to go

I love traveling alone!
Do it quite a lot for when I have little adventure away.
I did Dubai and New York in the same week!
Went forward and backwards in time! It was great! |

Make sure you take plenty of spending money!
It's a tad expensive
Also look out for "The Hub" there idea of an English pub!
Also you should do the shinkansen. (bullet train) to Kyoto and visit the shogun castle!
And the shrines!

Depends what you want out if it?
In this day if age you should be fine able in most places.
Blondes will most likely have tge most issues, depending.
If you're hanging around a resort you'll be fine anywhere. |
