Naming of men accused of the 'r' crime before a conviction has been secured.
I know one person who this happened to. She, the victin, was found to be a liar and him completely innocent. His life has been destroyed.
If the victim can remain anonymous so should the person accused. |

It is, it's the activity that takes place on it that's considered illegal. They'll never get rid of it cos it's used by the military etc for anonymous correspondence |

She did get named and got 4 years in prison. Does not make up for his life being in ruins though.
Lost his family, house, job, lot of his friends, he's technically homeless and sofa surfs where he can. No one will employ because if what happened, they'll never say that but you know that's why. |
