Use to smoke 40 a day when I was on tailor made. To easy with my work to get one out n spark up. Been on rollies for 20 years and cut down to around 15.
And like most on here goes up to around 50g with a few ciders on board |

When I smoked it was only around 5 a day unless I was drinking and then there was no limit. I smoked for 15 years and tried all ways to give up, but I couldn't stop the habit.. Until I tried E~cigs and thanks to them I haven't smoked for 7 years and I will never take it up again. |

Wow! Having just looked it up I didn’t realise the cost of a 20 pack of cigarettes 
20 a day seems an average habit, that’s more than my mortgage costs a month to fund! |

I used to smoke 10-15 rollies a day. I stopped 10 years ago but still get cravings every now and then, especially if someone is smoking Golden Virginia close by. |

I don’t think that ever leaves you as an ex smoker. I’ve been quit about 12 years. First tried smoking aged 10 and was smoking regularly aged 12. I smoked for 20 years and one day just quit cold turkey.
These days I have asthma, smoking really affects it and I struggle a lot when people around me are smoking. Even despite this, the smell sometimes of a freshly opened pouch of tobacco or just lit cigarette is something that sets off the a brief craving. What keeps me from caving in is knowing that my health would suffer terribly |

Used to be on 20 a day but now on rollies probably 12-15, I buy a pack if I’m going out drinking though, no ones got time for that shit! Plus I’ve gone from spending about £70 a week to about £15! |

Around 5-10 a day depending on what I'm doing. I smoke roll ups though. Can't stand straights! Other than the menthol ones I smoked in Thailand for a month recently because trying to find somewhere that sold tobacco was like looking for a needle in a haystack!  |
