So we have the I think it’s fab button, surely we should have a button that says “ actually sorry but I don’t like that pic”?

What you think?

Yes or no?

Then don't look, others might like ... it would be too open to abuse and just an excuse due people to be catty... let's encourage the positives on here ... hence the Fab button

A better rating system would be nice for those that want to know if they are taking crappy pictures, but I feel a dislike button would just get used by angry people who got rejected

It probably wouldn't be workable, although there are some pictures i find ghastly, other members will be enjoying those pictures though. It's all down to personal taste and opinion. Far better to just move on from a profile showing pictures one dislikes, than bad fab them really xx

No, it’s unnecessary. If you don’t have anything nice to say...

Slightly off topic, but it would be good to have a way to verify time wasters.

No! That’d be horrible. Attraction is subjective and could you imagine getting lots of dislikes on your own pics? How would you feel?

Fab likes are nice and all for those that like validation but making it more of a contest just makes it negative.

How would it?

You'd have people pressing the button to verify someone as a timewaster out of spite, or because they'd been rejected. It's too open to abuse.

Agree"

Problem is, how do you stop people from abusing that?

You’d be encouraging potential mob behaviour and it’s bad enough seeing it on the forums sometimes without it also being on people’s profiles.

Sadly I haven’t heard or seen any way other than reporting to stop time wasters, so although it’s an issue that definitely needs sorting it’s just one of those things that you have to mitigate with deeper validation.

I don’t know how it would be possible, but it would be helpful if it was. Perhaps an explanation of what happened or a review system...who knows

Yeh I do get that, it was an open question really.

Hadn’t realised the backlash and personal abuse I would get from asking an honest question.

To be honest I look at some pictures and genuinely thing “oh erm that’s not a great pic”

My point is surely there should be a fab scale, so you can judge a pic say out of 10.. rather than just fab the pic?? I do understand that some people don’t like bad comments, hell I don’t!!

Trust me I get a few!!!

it's ok to ask . But In my opinion it's not a good idea. When I look at a profile and pics .if a lady has 20 pics I fab the ones that do it for me .so the ones I don't fab are the ones that don't . But I'm sure they will do it for lots of others . I have been known to fab all lol

Even a scoring system creates a negative impact.

Scoring someone is just as bad as giving a thumbs down.

At least with a like you can be positive or not at all

You should know by now what happens when you post and ask for opinions - a can of worms will undoubtedly open because we all have different opinions

Although it looks like a resounding NO! In this test case
