About 60 % of the people/women here say that a funny guy , someone who make em laugh is what they want !!
Is that true? They wouldn't compromise on the physical or the FACE lol
Ps : my experience whenever I joked about something , got an instant block. Nobody can take it apparently  |

Depends on your/their humour!
I love someone with a similar sense of humour to mine, I’ve had some hilarious first messages which make me reply because I’ve had a giggle.
Humour is great, but I have to fancy them too!  |

I won't fuck someone just because of their humour but I will find someone a lot more attractive if they have one that's compatible with mine.
If they message off the back of a thread in an opening message and show a similar sense of humour, it's fantastic. |

There are different types of humour though and that's the dangerous bit
What you find funny isn't necessarily funny to someone else
Sometimes when you're being serious, people think you're joking too
Loads of people at work say 'oh you're funny you' whereas I know I'm not. I'm just a bitter, opinionated, twisted cynic  |

Humour is subjective.
Chat to the person has caught your fancy go in with a neutral message first.
Or try to mirror their style of humour if they show any signs on their profile.
Or be yourself and roll with the knockbacks |

I can be well on the way to arranging a meeting with a wonderful woman say something I think is funny and bam all communication stops.
I have a feeling that my sense of humour is an acquired taste that ultimately few acquire and those that do initially don’t put up with for very long once we’re chatting.
But at least I make myself laugh  |

Few recent examples though
Bin chatting to a girl here for a while joking , very easy goin. She addressing me as D*ck , C*nt in all of her msgs and me taking it lightly. Gave me her number for wattsapp, wrote to her where are ya lazy cow ? Block everywhere
Save to say I reported all her msgs on fab
Another One says I am busy this afternoon with my bf , as I meet alone. I said why not kick him out for a couple of hours with JK.

Yep I’m funny, but my humour ultimately seems to put people off. I never know what I might think is witty that another person won’t. In life outside Fab it is less of an issue as it is just a joke that went flat. On here it can stop all communication. |

People just wanting one thing, without consideration of anything else, especially if there's no local shortage of said trait, aren't that abundant here. People typically have preferences that aren't exceptional of physical attraction.

Finding someone humorous depends on many more factors than their 'sense of humour' / jokes.
It's more often the case that women laugh at or with men they find attractive........ not the other way around. The jokes can be shite. She'll still laugh. |

Ive performed stand up and got laughs but not phone numbers after the gig. Women like a guy they are attracted to who makes them laugh. If they dont like you physically then unless they grow to love you through being friends then the sense of humour and banter thing is not gonna do it alone.

Some men think that a sense of humour is demonstrated by a relentless barrage of recycled one-liners,to some people this is no doubt hilarious, to me I'm afraid it suggests a vacuity and lack of imagination. |
