I've started to put up this club for anyone who has never been winked.

If you feel like you don't get winked at all. You're welcome to join the club.

Here's another rule, if you have been winked before but either not for a long time or by people you are not looking for, you can join the club.

My next rule is you can wink other people but only if you like them. Any sympathy winks sent to anyone because they haven't been winked do not count.

The only winks I've had recently are from blokes which I instantly delete so those winks don't count.
