Its that time of year... Christmas and holidays are long gone and its ages till Easter.
Although the nights are getting lighter, Spring feels a long way off cos its so cold..
And we are all out of out Vit D from the sun...
So my suggestion... to cheer yourselves up..
Give and receive a super special massage to get your circulation going
Buy Vit D supplement or book a couple of sunbeds
Eat a small amount of dark chocolate for the health benefits
Turn the heating up a couple of degrees for the weekend- you can afford it
Think about a small gesture you could do for someone- a friend or relative, that will really make them smile and just do it- it will make you smile too |

Yep...but dont ignore it in yourself or other people or shrug them off as miserable gits...they/you might be heading for a breakdown..
Asking 'is everything really ok' might seem like prying but it can make a difference.. |
