Confidence is a preference for the habitual voyeur of what is known as??

I bid you good morning dwellers of the forum.

I struggle with self confidence, like a lot and I do get a lift from little things so I was wondering.....

What gives you a confidence boost, on here and in your day to day lives? I’m sure we all have something

Best way to get natural confidence, is to act confident.

Sounds daft, but it works

Just around the corner

I like to think of work as part of the real world so I do it in both. And it does work.

I think that's what faking it til you make it is all about...

I've been faking it for years... I think I've almost made it... almost.

Ah like others have said an air of confidence breeds it?

You need to cut down on your parklife mate, get some exercise...

To answer the OP, you are unique and will find your place in due course. When you connect with the right people (even just bantering in the forums) your confidence will develop.

Trying too hard will seem forced and isn't the real you. And try not to get too focussed on the opinions of others.

Those who know me well, know I struggle at times. But sometimes you have to be a bit cheeky, a bit flirty, and take a speculative punt in life.

Good luck!

Hitchin

So once upon a time I had some life coaching and this is my what worked for me when I needed to feel confident and have a bit of swagger.

You think back to a time when you felt awesome, on top of the world, just great. This can be a major or minor event, but should be a situation that affords no negativity. It takes a bit of trial and error to find this event.

When you are entering a situation where you need to be confident, take yourself somewhere private, imagine stepping into a circle and 'upload' that event.

I was sceptical at the time, but it works for me. I use it for interviews.

I ask myself “what would Madonna do?”

You channel a person you think is self confident and no nonsense and just wing it.

I read it in Cosmo years ago
