A bone marrow biopsy, they give you an injection to numb the pain, but there is very little point. It hurts like hell when they stick the needle in to your thigh, but when they start extracting it |

After a motorbike accident. Nothing broken but I was so badly bruised that it was only when I took my boxers off a few hours later that I realised my plums were black and blue where they'd hit the tank I hurt so much everywhere else I hadn't noticed |

When the daft cat, okay I’ll rephrase that to the daft fat bugger off a cat. Jumped from the back of the couch right on to my knackers an hour after i got home after an op on them. Truly brought a tear to my eye. |

I ploughed ma RD 400 into a trailer that was left in the middle of the road, it was at the back of where I used to live for most of my life so I knew the road well, I'd only bought the bike a couple of days earlier, but I didn't realise how the front disc was going to grip the recently resprayed and chipped road surface. I ended up with 2 chipped bones and 3 torn tendons in ma left foot.
The best part is that I had a date the next night and had to borrow ma Dad's car to go and meet her |

Choice of 2. Getting hit by a car, or more specifically hitting the floor at about 30mph moments after being hit by a car while out cycling.
Or the time I crashed a bike and before hitting the floor my arse landed on the back tire and acted as a brake. 2 fractured wrists combined with a deep burn on my are, yeah that stung a bit |

Burst appendix.
And after nearly an hours wait for an ambulance, in agony, the twat of a paramedic was fussing over whether my dressing gown might blow open in the wind.
Like I really gave a flying fuck.

Other than childbirth which was a little painful.. I had a partial thyroidectomy and when I came from from the op I was in so much pain. I’d never felt anything like it. I was terrified to move my head incase my head fell off |

I've broken 49 bones, that I know of over my life.
I've had a horse crush me, been sent 30' through the air a car, crashed my MTB into a tree at 49mph, 2 CS, and more operations than I can count, 25hrs of being tattoed
Getting my nipple repierced today
My screams shattered windows!
Feeling very tender right now, dreading bed tonight as I can only sleep on my belly |

"Sciatica in leg
I suffer from that occasionally, it doesn't go well when ma psioratic arthritis kicks in as well
Aaw, not nice "
Tell me about it, I can barely get out of bed some days, let alone make a cup of tea, fortunately it doesn't happen too often |

Just as the OP said, Kidney Stones affected me two years ago.
But they first blocked up in the kidney and I was admitted to local hospital till the docs were satisfied stones would pass naturally.
Hell No! They blocked up again in the Urinary Tract and even the Gas & Air the paramedics have me when collecting me at home, didn't have any effect.
I'd to have surgery to clear them. What a relief that was after. |

"My mum's funeral. Emotional pain surpasses physical pain.
Yeah. My Mam died 2 days before ma 7th birthday and ma Dad when I was 21 "
My mum died quite recently, and I feel so sad all the time. I have had a lot of physical pain I would gladly endure again, to spend another day with her. |

I would like to have got to know my Mother, although she had a twin sister who lived in Hull, it wasn't the same. |

Totally agreed, although the emotional pain is physically & mentally painful,
As soon as I read this forum I just thought I wonder how many threads till someone else mentions bereavement ! ,
Any way that enough of that,

You have my sympathy, it feels painful just reading about it. |

Giving birth was incredibly painful but I think the after pains a couple of days later when the high of having a baby was pretty high up in my list.
Wisdom tooth infection was quite bad couldn't get away from that one I wouldn't say the pain was as bad as labour but it being constant and stopping me from sleep I think that was worse it was over Christmas too so had to wait to see a dentist |

In the past, herniated disc in the lower back with associated sciatic pain in the left leg. Short term thankfully. I'm prone to severe cramp in my calves too. that sneaks up on me usually at night and has me hobbling around the room.. |
