Our HMVs are disappearing. Miss Woolworths. Kwik Save was another one. Dixons (know its Currys now) was a childhood one where dad would buy all the tech in the house |

Still miss Woolworths...loved it there, but never bought anything but sweets out of it from 1999 onwards...no wonder it went out of business!!

The one in Harlow moved into Sainsbury’s last year, never set foot in the place again as I don’t shop in Sainsbury’s. Got a huge one in Crawley but no one ever goes in there x |

Little corner 'Open All Hours' type shops, everything from sweets to a mop buckets. I remember one that sold stuff like wool,shoes,and made bacon or sausage sandwiches amongst other things. |
