No. I only use the forums because my life is empty and meaningless.

I lost 4G for 10 minutes, I thought I love off grid living, I’ve never felt so alive, then after 15 I thought this bollocks give me my old life back, whittling spoons is boring. |

I'm going to go against the grain here and admit that when I'm not OK I'm more likely to use the forums as an escape. Things won't get done, which makes me feel unproductive and stressed, which makes me spend more time on the forums. Actually, the Internet in general, not just fab.

I only came in after my mum died last year and now pop in from time to time because they can be amusing but as this year is a year of huge (not related) changes in my life, fab will be less and less, the forums even more so! |

If I’m honest I tend to come on here more when I’m pissed off which probably isn’t a good thing. Feeling a bit shit lately so I’ve been on here loads over the past couple of days. Im either on here too much or don’t come on for weeks. I need to find a balance! |

It's my first time being involved in the forum/social media, was on here a few years ago and never bothered with it. If you are using it to fill a void because you are missing something in the real world and it becomes obsessive/addictive which it has started becoming for me, it's unhealthy. Having a balance of social interaction in the real world is much healthier for me so I feel I need to stop coming on here. Its great if people are happy on here though and getting something positive from it. |

I am happy and content. I’ve also been sad.
I think I’d use them less if I wasn’t single because right now I’d be chatting in bed with a proper real life person rather than tippy tapping on my phone. Dammit that makes me sound sad, I’m not though. Honest.

I think its a sliding state of being and people's usage adjusts. Sometimes when you are on a high you try and maintain by popping in here, also the same when you hit the lows.
Think moods alter the attendance on differing threads.
Would I attend? Probably but as of the last 24 hours I'm attending less anyway. It's a cost/benefit analysis methinks and you need to weigh up if the great things you get from here outweigh the headaches. All subjective
