Hi, can anyone help I have blocked someone and they keep adding new profiles and pretending to be someone else in a bid to chat to me - wot can I do? will reporting them stop them being able to do this |

Unfortunately an IP address ban can't be applied to such users, but continue to block and report them (yes this is very tedious) and eventually they will get bored |

If they are using multiple profiles then yes, REPORT the profile and Admin check it out.
If it is new profiles joining, use your mail filters to stop newbies mailing you.
