Tea. I struggle to wake up without tea in the morning. I hate having to go for a fasting blood test, as I can't have my morning cup of tea to sort me out. |

When at work, I have to have a latte before I can get going through my inbox and then one in the afternoon.
At home, I need no coffee and drink tea instead. So purely habit at work. |
