Was a stupid boy and spent a bit too long in the garden. I now have sun burnt thigh tops...any soothing tips other than aftersun? (Iv had a few drinks so can't drive to the supermarket )

Seriously though, something with vitamin C in it, a cream not a lemon. Works wonders for sorting out the free radicals and preventing skin damage and it's kinda like a sun block for use after the event if that makes sense....

Cool, not cold, flannel or running water over the burnt area regularly to try and draw the heat away. "

yes I agree, cool water is available and easy to use. Take two paracetamol at four hourly intervals if you can |

Sorry, I have no sympathy or solutions. I just giggle at how many lobster looking folk there are walking around. It's not like we weren't warned about the sun making an appearance for the annual 3 day summer. The amount of times people visit shops and it doesn't occur to pick up some sunscreen? |

I have a bowl of water and a flannel. Taken some paracetamol.
