0300 and 0901 numbers
Had 3 of the fuckers today and they just hang up when you answer.... Anyone else getting this, or anyone heard anything about it!? I'm beginning to block them now as they ring |

Generally a computer calls numbers and if someone answers then it is put through to a human for sales or marketing etc - if somebody is free. Someone at work told me about the Truecaller app which identifies most of the unknown callers, been fairly good so far ... |

Report unsolicited calls from organizations to your mobile company and the Information Commissioners Office - especially if using the Telephone Preference Service.
I sometimes look up thr number but always report. |

Wangiri its called. A scam where you call them back, but you get a premium line that cost you a fortune. Usually a recording of a dial tone, or someone talking where you can barely understand as the connection is breaking up, to trick you into staying on the line for as long as possible. Scum |
