"I can sit in bed eating peanut butter straight from the jar and no one can tell me off for it.
Mmmmm sounds yummy no one should be telling you off anyway"
The irony is that my work crush does that and gets told off by his missus for it.
I like having my own room and space and time and freedom too. In my personal life, like with bills, rent, budgeting, all of that, the only person I have to rely on is myself.
And I have no one telling me off for buying 'too many books' which is also a plus. |

"Ok for us single pringles
What’s the very best thing about being single ?"
Sitting in my underpants watching Netflix with a bottle of Malbec, then falling asleep on the sofa or getting up at 3am for a frantic porn wank. Would still prefer to wake a lover up by penetrating her though. |

"Having the ability to do what i want, when i want with who i want. Going to bed without someone snoring his head off beside you and less washing and ironing is always an added bonus."
Make him do his washing, and yours! |

Not having to run decisions past another person all the time.
All the bed.
All the remote controls.
Can fart whenever I want.
25% council tax discount.
Only need to do my own laundry.
Long baths can be had in peace.
Toilet seat stays down.
No random "other people" hair in drain. *Shudders*
There's more but that's the gist for me. |

All of the above, and no nagging. I can rule the bathroom at my own fucking pace, thank you. |

I love my own space. As much as initially I hated coming home to an empty and quiet place. I love walking around naked without fear of anyone walking in. I love the freedom of it all |

Being able to leave the tv tuned to Dave .
My colour scheme.
Cats can sleep on the bed.
Fridge full of meat.
I can have a cider at 3am after night shift without being given "the look".
Fall asleep on the sofa watching Dave.

For me it’s not having someone there to constantly put me down that I love! Not being made to feel like a fat, ugly, useless waste of space!
It’s (within reason as my kids live with me) being able to see who I want, go out with whom I want, sleep with whom I want etc etc without having to constantly seek the approval/permission of someone else!
I’ve also got used to having the bed/wardrobe space to myself!
After six years alone I’d find it very difficult to have a 24/7 relationship again! Any guy I lived with in future would have to pretty amazing - though ‘half a relationship ‘ definitely has its advantages! |

That sounded like an horrible shit of a partner
Why treat someone like that
Onwards and upwards, you enjoy your freedom and glad you will be able to recognise a good bloke now |

Actually it was both my exes - 20 years at roughly 10 years each!
After being single for a while I decided the common denominator was me! I have a tendency to allow people to treat me badly!
6 years being single and I’m a totally different person! I’ll never be anyone’s doormat again! |
