The best thing that happened to you today?
Mine is overhearing a conversation about my downstairs neighbour from hell is moving 
It's literally made my day!

Picked my dachshund up from the specialist vets after he’s been away for a few days after losing the use of his back legs and needing spinal surgery
He’s doing really well |

My dogs new 8 metre lead has arrived
We played football on the field (once the temperature had dropped a bit)
He loves a game of footie, but he's not allowed off a lead cos he's a balloon
but he's my balloon and I like seeing him happy |

Taking the dog for a walk amongst the trees around the local reservoir this morning in the beautiful sunshine, listening to the birds and watching the cute little squirrels scampering about. |

My parents bought one last year
As long as you keep up to the chemical balance side of things they’re really easy to look after.
Emptying the periodically is a pain though as they take so long to drain and empty |

I miss having a pet - I'm not allowed any in my current shit hole - and I spend too much time out of the house
