How do you know something is official i.e. the tell-tale signs.

I'll start as I've just seen it...

It's not officially a hot day in Britain until you've seen a "scrote" walking round the town with their shirt off glugging cans of fosters!

It's also never an official event unless there's someone in a Hi-vis being overly officious

It was never officially a holiday abroad as a child unless my dad said "They're worth their weight in gold" about our passports about 100 times!!!
