When it's a full moon I grow a ginger beard and pretend I'm Pat Butcher. Is this normal?

Yep! I know someone who's depression gets worse at full moon.

And I work with children, they go hyper at full moon.

I suppose it could cause hormonal imbalance, when you think about how tides are created

The children at work are a nightmare when it’s a full moon

The moon looked stunning last night

Big and full and bright and blanketed in whispy cloud

At 5am, the cloud had gone and it just hung, silently, in all its majesty

The dog woke me to go out for a pee, but rather than climbing back into bed, I ended up standing on the terrace with a brew and just enjoyed it

The moon affects everything, a friend used to work in a secure dementia ward and said every full moon life would get interesting

Yep totally ruled by the moon here, I find it helps if you just acknowledge the fact and be kind to yourself for a few days
