I cooked chicken in shallots and garlic. Cooked pasta. Then made a sauce with cream cheese, milk, dijon mustard, pepper and spinach. Threw it all together. It was a what's in the fridge what can I create meal but was lovely

I had home-made chilli with home-made guacamole, steamed rice, soured cream and corn tortillas (shop bought).

I'm intending to purchase a tortilla press in the very near future.

The chilli is made with cut steak, not mince, soaked dry beans and my own seasoning mix.

I always make mine with cut steak cooks for hours in the oven ...
