Your ideal Adult Event?

What would you look for if attending a Straight Male, Female & Couples Event?
For example:
- Strictly Black Males or Mix Males?
- Female to Male Ratio?
- A Socialising room?
- Number of attendees?
- Price range?
Suggestions would be much appreciated.

As a single black male I only go to events that Are for ladies who's preference are black men - I have been to parties that are for everyone and could be stood alone all night.
Price -
it is usually 6x (or more) more expensive for men to attend a club as the men seem to be willing in the hope that they may get lucky that night with one of the ladies that got in for £5 (or free sometimes)
That's not the equality people ask for lol But I get it 
Local but not too local - I don't want to be bumping in to the neighbours whilst there but equally don't want to be on the other side of the UK either
Host -
I will avoid an event / club if I've seen and heard bad things come from a host
A good host is fun, always provides free booze and good music too 
(I'll just leave that comment there hehe)
