Its very handy to keep food that has been cooked in the freezer and then just take it out on the morning to defrost. I don't like to waste things either and try not to ever throw anything away unless its gone bad etc!... |

Well I have batch cooking days, buy maself a couple of bottles of Cabernet Sauvignon, stick some sounds on and make 2 or 3 different dishes then freeze most of it |

Back to relative morality this week. Last week, we'd a company in for 5 nights who'd total use of hotel for themselves. Thus, a late Bar each night and I misses being on at more usual times.

Last week was v good for much needed revenue; we also had best ever week for functions too, with Drinks sales being best in 18 months.
