logic would suggest that but i asked my solicitor and he said no once they've been marked the council cannot be prosecuted strange strange law |

You're welcome. The more people report the holes the better the case for funding to fix them. The white circles indicate something is going to happen, even if it's a patch.

I've no idea but think there are target times to repair them. As so much of our public sector work is now out-sourced, it may be a different company that does the repair, with photographic details sent to them as well as used for validations. It also shows the council have inspected it for severity of consequences. Liability may be limited to an extent but cannot generally be removed by making a tiny adjustment or warning notice - in general if it was this easy, organisations would have liability cancellation notices and efforts everywhere. |
