Weigh it when dry its easy then after doing it 3 or 4 times to get it spot on. |

Being organised. I live with a permanent knot in my stomach, worried that I've forgotten something. I used to make lists but they ended up so overwhelmingly huge that I couldn't face looking at them |

Fork and or spoon with desserts in posh restaurants. One or both, and which one in which hand..... And what about the last bit you can never pick up and have to push around the plate and finger on?

I have batch cooking days, get maself a couple of bottles of Cabernet Sauvignon, put some tunes on, and make 2 or 3 different dishes then freeze most of it |

I count potatoes now. Big ones count as 2. |
