"Fearing I may be alone on this one. Boo hoo ( can’t do the cry emoji as I have an iPhone ) "
You've got an iPhone and I can only afford a cheap android... don't think you have a lot to cry about |

"Yes I do, it can be really cathartic. Sometimes I deliberately go about starting them by listening to trigger songs if I know I need one (that's probably weird to admit!)."
I do that. I do that. Jumps up and down. Yay. I’m not the only one who does that. |

I never used to. I was a dependable emotionless robot.
In the last couple of years though I’ve become a real softie. I put it down to huge emotional breakthroughs when my sister was very poorly. Now I love a good cry. If I feel I need to I run a bath and let it all out in the sanctuary of my bathroom. If that doesn’t cure me then a good old sob into the dogs fur. Very cathartic indeed. |

Shawshank redemption
Field of dreams
Cemetery Junction
Mona lisa
A monster calls"

"I do. I'm overly sensitive so many things can set me off too. I'll be crying shortly watching the Walton's"
Haha me too.
I cry too easily these days!
I used to cry when things were genuinely sad but now I cry at everything.
I cried because I lost my train ticket the other day |

I really dont like crying myself. If I ever get close I always give myself a good talking to and will hold it in as much as possible. I can feel the emotions inside just don't like crying.
Appreciate others do tho and that's all good xx |

"I rarely cry at ‘real life’ but regularly cry during films. I can’t watch Toy Story 3 without turning to a puddle of slush. "
Same. In real life I cry more with anger and frustration over a situation. Movies, songs, even some adverts have me welling up. Takes a lot to make me cry x |

Even watching DIY SOS doesn’t make you cry? |

My eyes fill, maybe a couple of tears escape but really can't remember the last time I had a full on sobbing session. Think I'm a robot x |

People meet off here just for sex. But they should meet up watch a movie an have a good sob. Totally clear everything out and reset yourself ready for life. If anything else happens then all good. As we all need not forget we are strangers to eachother and can be open about anything at all.

Crying is an undervalued emotion
Tears of joy, laughter, sorrow, anger all release different chemicals in your brain.
A good cry can clear your head, might leave you looking like a panda, but get all the blurgh out of your system x

Crying to trigger music whilst driving is my favourite hobby at the moment. Indulged whenever possible |
