Have to say I've seen this function glitch, a LOT.
Profiles where their preferences are couples, the text states couples and then as a couple you try to message/wink and it's blocked on gender... |

This is done a lot. Cos they list men as one of their choices . Eventually they lift that filter and wen I message them and ask them why; they say to give them some space |

Those guys are unreal. I was on here as a single guy in the past and took me about 6 months before I got my first meet with a couple. You need to put in some work and do not send random dick pics to succeed on here either |

Long answer: I went in a chatroom as a woman a long time ago (BC-Before Catfish) as my gf at time wanted me to know what it was like, and I was immediately bombarded with messages, dick pics, invitations to "no-strings fun", then the name calling and insults began from those we never replied to. So it must be nice to have that control on here.
Short answer: because men are thirsty bastards |

I've shown male friends my account before now, they were absolutely horrified at the volume and content of done messages. One said it actually made him feel physically sick. |

If you delete everything off your 'Looking for' list it takes you off the searches and reduces mail.
