"Apparently jars of 3 Nut Peanut Butter , whose ingredients state Peanuts, Pecan Nuts , and Walnuts , are being pulled off shelves for not having an English warning about Peanuts . I need to stab myself
All about litigation. Wrong or insufficient means future court cases. Pathetic I know! "
Seen an article once where a womam got her Samsung phone stuck up her vagina and had to get it surgically removed. She tried sueing Samsung(not sure if she won) because there was no warning label saying not to insert the phone into her vagina |

That can’t possibly be a true story!
I agree with the post above - all of this sort of nonsense is a reaction to the me me me attitude that created the culture of compensation. |

Phew. The Samsung Vagina Story is untrue according to Snopes.
“A favorite subject of World News Daily Report (WNDR), a well-known “satire” site that has a long history of publishing junk news articles, involves fictional stories about people placing odd items inside body cavities. Over the years they’ve published stories about a man’s getting his head stuck in a woman’s vagina, a terrorist’s attempting to smuggle a grenade in his anus, a babysitter’s stealing a baby by concealing it inside of her vagina, and a McDonald’s employee’s pilfering 80 pounds of frozen chicken McNuggets by hiding them in his anal cavity.
WNDR added a new entry into their body cavity category on 20 September 2018, when they posted a junk news item reporting that a woman was suing Samsung for $1.8 million after she got her cellphone stuck in her vagina.” |

I have a vague recollection of either Triumph or Aprilia having a warning in their owner's manual: "Do not attempt to eat any part of this motorcycle."
One has to wonder what prompted the need for that one... |

"The world has gone bonkers! "
It's the world we have created though, allowing nonsense to be permissible into court, no sense judges not throwing nonsense submitted by money grabbing lawyers out of court. The snowflakes get bigger untill there's a snowball then soon enough a snowman is made. |

That young woman on Gogglebox last night who only realised at the end of the show that the contestants couldn't see each other on Blind Date. Last week her friend told her that New Zealand was in Australia... |

From the Food Gov website
"Kallo Foods Ltd is recalling Whole Earth 3 Nut Butter because it contains peanuts, pecan nuts and walnuts and may contain traces of other nuts which are not written in English on the back label. This means the product is a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy to peanuts and/or pecan nuts and/or walnuts and other nuts."
The issue as I read it was there was no reference to "other nuts". |
