For past three months I’m averaging 3-4 hours a night

Averaged 4 hours a night for years now, it's just how it goes sometimes.i don't fight it but i do read a hell of a lot of books in my waking hours whilst the house slumbers.

I keep waking up after a few hours and not able to get back to sleep

I'm really tired- it makes me even more grumpy than I already am which is quite alarming

I fear for my work collegues safety!
