I am in need of a huge hug or hugs - have just spent 4 hours in A&E and have a torn muscle under my shoulder blade

Big hug from me , I have had a trapped nerve in shoulder for nearly six weeks now. I is getting better slowly but I know how you feel I was in agony for first cpl weeks now I just have numb hand for part of day
