Go for classier photos. Many male forumites on here have great pics, have a look at their photos.
Torso, shirts,leg shots etc.
And change your headline please. You've got two seconds to impress before a lady scrolls past, ironic humour about bellies probably won't do it.

Profile photo = instant dismissal from me, wouldn’t look any further.
Age wise, it *may* go against you message filter wise so you need to make sure your profile is the best it can be. |

Definitely not your age OP - I'm a similar age to you, and without wanting to sound like I am blowing my own trumpet (and I'm really not - I know my limitations) I do ok here - compare your profile with mine and ask yourself why you think that might be?
The other thing you need to do is set your expectations, attitude and approach correctly - get them wrong and you'll find this place frustrating, get them right and it won't guarantee a thing, but your experience of the site will be much better |
