neither of them need to mean obese its all subjective
why let it worry you if not your bag just move on if profile states such a body shape its quite simple really |

it is better to have both
people should have the choice in how they view / label themselves in respect of this site, rather than those labels being imposed by the site management.
how you view their choice of lebel is another matter and one for your own personal choice.
hope that answers your concern |

"What makes me chuckle is men that describe themselves as curvy "
i understand what you're saying testa
there maybe should be a 'chubby' stuck in there too to cater for that ?
it is an option on fabguys, but not here
if it were, that's the one i would use |

Curvy and chubby to describe a man implies a degree of femininity whereas I am a LARGE man, a BIG man and there ain't nothing womanly about me at all.
I am a BIG BLOKE! |

special attention to number four.
of more than average size, quantity, degree, etc.; exceeding that which is common to a kind or class; big; great: a large house; a large number; in large measure; to a large extent.
2. on a great scale: a large producer of kitchen equipment.
3. of great scope or range; extensive; broad.
4. grand or pompous: a man given to large, bombastic talk.
5. (of a map, model, etc.) representing the features of the original with features of its own that are relatively large so that great detail may be shown.

1. generous or more than adequate in size, scope, or capacity - there was room for an ample garden -
2. generously sufficient to satisfy a requirement or need - they had ample money for the trip
