Every Christmas my mum decides we need sprouts!! Why!!? They don't even go with our Jamaican Christmas of red snapper, oxtail and curry goat!! Just wrong! |

Theres 3 foods that can go in literally any meal, cheese, chicken or bacon. Any one of the three can be put with any meal and all 3 together is a meal itself  |

My favorite meal as a kid my Mums concoction of Mince Beans Onions mixed together , add a sprinkle of Soy Sauce , and serve with Rice . Trust me , it's nothing short of spectacular |
